The group was mainly engaged in the sales and trading of high-end biological fertilizers, fertilizers raw materials and related fertilizers products, and public consumption products including clothing and footwear, watches & mobile phone accessories. From April 2024, Mr. Liu Guoqing（劉國慶） has been appointed as the Chairman of the board, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. Mr. Li Dongpo (李東坡) has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Company; From October 2017, Mr. Liu Jiaqiang (劉加強) has been appointed as Executive Director; From December 2022, Mr. Wang Luping(王魯平) and Mr. Tian Zhiyuan (田志遠) have been appointed as Independent Non-executive Directors.From February 2024, Mr. Gao Jizhong (高吉忠) has been appointed as Independent Non-executive Directors.From Novermber 2024, Mrs. Wong Waichu (黃惠珠) has been appointed as Executive Directors.
